Linbrook Business Park is served by Interstate 55 at Exit 40; Two miles north of U.S. Highway 84, now officially designated Future Interstate 14, a limited access 4 lane highway that is a major east/west corridor.

The park is also rail served by CN, a national Class 1 carrier. CN maintains an active line adjacent to the new building and Brookhaven is bisected by CN’s main north/south rail line connecting New Orleans with Canada.
